We’re looking for experienced and confident Children’s Support Workers to join a variety of support packages across the Kent and Tunbridge Wells area. These roles involve working closely with families to support children and teenagers with additional needs—helping them thrive at home and in the community. We’re supporting a small number of children in the area, and we’re looking for experienced support workers to match with individual packages. Some of the children enjoy being active and out in the community, while others prefer a calmer pace and time at home. All of them benefit from steady, friendly support from someone who can stick around. You’ll need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for this Children’s Support Worker role, as all of our clients are supported in their own homes out in the community.
