Role Description
Full-time M&A Associate role based in Notting Hill, London.
We are looking for someone with M&A Investment Banking / Transaction Services experience, who can help us drive deals from inception through to execution.
The role will include:
* Process Coordination: Coordinating internal processes / team members, dealing with investors and business owners, valuation modelling and forecasting.
* Execution of M&A Diligence Processes: Liaising with business owners and their accountants to address Due Diligence asks, liaising with Private Equity investors and their Due Diligence partners through the execution process.
* Prepare marketing materials (PowerPoint): Assist in preparing marketing materials for investors, such as slides highlighting companies we are representing.

Applicants should have:
* Minimum of 3 years experience
* Experience with small and medium-sized business accounts
* ACA qualification is a plus but not necessary
* Investment Banking / M&A Experience
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Sincerity
* Willingness to work hard
* Sense of humor
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
