Key Role Responsibilities
* Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and support commercial goals.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities and deliver insight-led campaigns.
* Manage digital marketing activities including email marketing, social media, website management, and content creation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to co-create impactful, joint marketing initiatives.
* Lead planning and execution of customer events, hospitality, and campaigns to enhance engagement and brand presence.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create high-quality marketing collateral, presentations, and thought leadership content.
* Drive sales enablement through tailored incentives, campaigns, and marketing support.
* Create and manage an annual marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
* Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI, using data insights to guide future activity.
Key Attributes Required
* 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B setting – preferably within technology distribution or a related sector.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation platforms.
* Strong vendor and stakeholder relationship management experience.
* Excellent event planning and campaign coordination skills, with the ability to manage complex logistics.
* Commercially astute with strong analytical abilities and experience tracking performance and ROI.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience with tools such as Mailchimp, Rocketseed, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms is beneficial.
* Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus, but not essential.
