About the Role
As a Special Needs Nurture Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and empowering students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Individualised Learning: develop and implement personalized educational plans that address the unique needs and abilities of each student.
* Engaging Lessons: create and deliver dynamic, tailored lessons that inspire curiosity and accommodate diverse learning styles.

Qualifications and Experience
* A degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.
* A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) in special education is preferred.
* Previous experience working with students with Autism, SEMH, and complex needs, ideally in a special needs school setting.
* Strong knowledge of SEND strategies, including Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management techniques.
