As the Passive Fire Contracts Manager, you will be:
* Leading several high-level contracts including social housing, commercial, student accommodation
* Managing KPIs and delivering the budgets of £5mil+
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the contracts, managing contractors and conducting regular contractor meetings
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders ensuring all contracts are meeting KPIs and high-quality standard
Passive Fire Contracts Manager experience needed:
* Experience managing multiple contracts
* Technical knowledge and experience in the passive fire industry
* Delivering budgets of minimum £400k a month
* Experience leading a team
