Position: Project Architect
Location: Brighton
Salary: Up to £55,000 + hybrid working + 1pm finish on a Friday
Following recent Project wins, our client, an award-winning Architectural practice, are looking for a Project Architect in their growing Brighton office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing exceptional projects across either their Educational, Leisure or Extra Care sectors.
The successful Project Architect will join a supportive, design lead and specialist team to work on projects ranging up to £100m in project value, using Revit daily. They will lead the design development and technical delivery of projects across all RIBA stages.

Project Architect Position Overview:
* Work through RIBA stages 1-7
* Lead the design development and technical delivery of educational projects across all RIBA stages
* Act as project lead on projects, ensuring design quality, statutory compliance, and client objectives are consistently met.
* Manage and collaborate with teams
* Ensure programme milestones are met with confidence and clarity.
* Producing high quality drawings using Revit
Project Architect Position Requirements:
* Previous background working in either the Educational, Leisure or Extra Care sectors.
* Experience in primary and secondary school design.
* Exposure to all RIBA stages
* Proficient in Revit
* Experience running projects and managing teams
