Customer Service Executive - Southampton - £25,000-£27,000 - Based in the office 5 days a week Monday to Friday\n\nWe are looking for a proactive, friendly, and organised Customer Service Executive to join a busy and growing manufacturing team in Southampton. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth journey from sale to delivery. The company provides specialist renewable bespoke products throughout the UK and are at the forefront of sustainability.\n\nCustomer Service Executive duties include:\n\nRespond to customer enquiries by phone and email\nProcess orders and manage account info\nWork with production and logistics to meet delivery deadlines\nHandle complaints and resolve issues quickly\nSupport the sales team with quotes and updates \n\nExperience and skills required\n\nCustomer service or sales admin experience (manufacturing a plus)\nGreat communication and problem-solving skills\nAccurate and confident with data and systems (CRM, MS Office)\nPositive, team-focused attitudePlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
