Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

We currently have a great opportunity for Mobile AC Engineers to join one of the UK's most established maintenance providers. The role is covering planned and reactive maintenance building services across 4 commercial office spaces in Reading, Berkshire.
Knowledge should cover a wide range of Air Conditioning / HVAC systems with at least 3+ years experience in the service and maintenance sector. F-Gas Cat 1 (Required) and an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, in air conditioning and refrigeration is required.
Duties
1. To deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial HVAC equipment
2. Carry out A/C works including minor projects & refurbishment
3. Fault Find, investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in all A/C units & systems and any associated plant / components
4. Single / Multi splits, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, Close Control, DX Units, CRAC units
5. Replacing compressors, condensers, regassing, brazing, soldering etc
6. Dealing with subcontractors where necessary
7. Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all times
Requirements
1. F gas required
2. 3+ years' experience carrying out service and repair of various types of AC units, within commercial sites.
3. Full Driving Licence
4. Based within commutable distance of Central London
Salary and Benefits
1. £42,000 - £45,500 per annum
