Your Role

and What You'll Be Doing

We’re looking for a Reward Analyst to join our Reward team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our reward strategy by focusing on data and analytics for compensation and benefits processes.

What you'll be doing:

1. Provide analytical support for the annual pay review and bonus cycle, including data gathering, validation, and reporting.
2. Work closely with the Senior Reward Analyst to ensure accurate and timely data for compensation processes.
3. Support the benefits cycle by managing data requirements and streamlining data collection processes.
4. Collaborate with HR systems and People Services teams to maintain data integrity and improve efficiency.
5. Manage the Reward inbox and respond to queries promptly.
6. Contribute to reward projects and provide ad-hoc analytical support as needed.
About You

Essential:

7. Experience in a reward, benefits, HR, or data-focused role.
8. Strong intermediate Excel skills (Data modelling, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
9. Excellent attention to detail and numerical ability.
10. Experience working with HR systems and large datasets.
11. Highly organised, flexible, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

12. Experience in compensation processes and benefits.
13. Familiarity with role evaluation methodologies (e.g., Willis Towers Watson).
14. Previous experience in professional services.
