If you’ve had experience in retail or similar roles where you have successfully led people before, this role is a perfect next step in your management journey.

Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.
PAY RATE:
Up to £13.36 per hour (day shift)
CONTRACT TYPE:
Permanent – we don’t do zero-hour contracts!
HOURS:
40 hours a week

What you’ll do:
Join our team at Lincoln City Centre Premier Inn as a Duty Manager. Your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
