What Youll Be Doing Youll act as the go-to link between stakeholders, systems, and teamskeeping operations efficient, compliant, and continuously improving. * Act as a key liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure business needs are met * Lead training and support for UK associates across EOM, CMS, and DMS systems * Take ownership of Business Operations projects from concept through to completion * Identify gaps and inefficiencies, recommending and implementing smarter solutions * Support reporting, troubleshoot system issues, and enhance operational processes * Manage order and inventory transactions on behalf of clients Key Responsibilities 1. Lead integrations when publishers expand services 2. Support onboarding and offboarding of client publishers
