A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a law firm based in Hertfordshire who are currently recruiting for a qualified Solicitor with a strong background in property to join their team.
This role will handle a variety of Residential and Commercial transactions from start to completion working with a highly regarded client portfolio.
This position offers hybrid working, parking, private medical insurance and most importantly, a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Overseeing a caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
* Managing refinancing transactions (not essential)
* Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and other legal documents
* Communicating with clients, estate agents and third parties
* Handling the exchange of contracts and completion processes
* Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulation
* Offering legal advice to clients on property-related issues
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' PQE experience within conveyancing
* Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
* Ability to manage a varied caseload of transactions with minimal supervision
