Primary Teaching Assistant Opportunities in Redhill
Randstad Education is recruiting enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to work in a network of schools across the Redhill area.
This is a Term-Time Only contract offering both Full-Time or Part-Time flexibility.
About the Role & Your Impact
You will be a vital partner to teachers and pupils, focused on creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning experience for young children.
Your Key Duties Include:
* Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and activities .
* Providing targeted support to individual students or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) .
* Helping with behaviour management and maintaining classroom structure.
* Organizing teaching resources and materials.
* Participating in school events and parent meetings as required.

Requirements
