Glasgow: 3 days in office (hybrid working)
A global leading finance organisation is seeking an IT Business Analyst to transform their IT Asset Management process and to help architect and design innovative solutions.
Candidates should have:
* Experience as a business analyst within finance
* Experience driving process design for hardware asset management transformation
* Strong ITSM/ESM process design experience
* Proven ServiceNow expertise
* Excellent stakeholder communication
* Microsoft Office proficient
* Agile methodology understanding
* Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
