Randstad is seeking passionate Early Years Practitioners for a variety of warm and nurturing nursery settings across the Downham Market area. We're looking for educators who don't just teach, but inspire. What You'll Do
As a key member of the nursery team, you'll help create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children from birth to five can learn, grow, and thrive.
Your responsibilities
* Planning and leading fun, educational activities that support physical, emotional, and social development.
* Building strong relationships with children, their families, and your colleagues.
* Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, prioritizing the wellbeing of every child.
* Observing and tracking each child's individual learning journey and development.
* Collaborating with your team to foster a warm, inclusive, and positive atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
* A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in childcare.
* A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to obtain one.
