Mobile Cleaning Supervisor Position covering various Approved Premises around the East Midlands region
* 40 Hours per week
* 5 over 7 days per week
* 6am-2pm typically, but subject to change to suit business needs
* £12.71 per hour

Job Introduction
As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor with Sodexo, you’ll oversee cleaning operations across multiple Approved Premises (APs) approximately 25 sites, including AP & Offices within the East Midlands region. You will supervise teams across several sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained to create safe, healthy environments.
This role involves regular interaction with both your cleaning teams and clients, requiring strong communication, leadership, and a commitment to excellence. Your contribution will directly support the quality of life for those living and working within these premises.
Approved Premises play a key role in the effective reintegration of individuals released from prison, offering enhanced supervision, monitoring, and support within a community setting. This position provides valuable experience working in residential environments with complex and vulnerable individuals, deepening your understanding of the Criminal Justice System.
What you’ll do:
1. Ensure completion of all requested/contracted tasks and motivate your team to complete these in a timely and thorough manner.
2. You’ll be provided a company vehicle along with a fuel card to visit different sites and assist your team in carrying out scheduled cleaning tasks.
3. You'll have significant responsibility to ensure your and your team's tasks are completed within given timescales.
4. Use your own initiative to review the impact your team has on each site, with your leadership paving the way for successful client feedback.
5. Oversee the ordering of stock and consumables such as toilet tissue, cleaning products, and appliances, maintaining records for compliance.
6. Champion health and safety practices—spot a near miss? Report it to keep colleagues safe!
7. Ensure regular safety walks are completed to identify hazards.
8. Conduct frequent feedback sessions with your team to ensure they are confident and satisfied in their roles.
What you bring:
1. Full UK driving license
2. Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and some team leading experience desirable.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
4. Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to change
5. Team player and capable of following instructions
