Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a one hour lunch break and on site, we are looking for an experienced receptionist to join the friendly and professional team. Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional manner.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
*
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
*
Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
*
Assist HR or administrative teams with document preparation and correspondence.
*
Maintain office supplies and order replacements as needed.
