We’re on the lookout for a Graduate Civil Engineer who’s eager to take the first step in their career journey — someone who’s proactive, enthusiastic, and driven to succeed.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting the design and delivery of temporary works schemes across a range of construction projects
2. Assisting senior engineers with calculations, drawings, and technical documentation
3. Getting hands-on experience with formwork and falsework systems
4. Learning to liaise with site teams, clients, and suppliers to understand practical needs and constraints
5. Growing your technical knowledge and professional skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment

1. A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
2. A genuine interest in temporary works, formwork, and falsework
