Job Description
My client, based in Hinckley, are seeking a hardworking and customer focused candidate to join their busy internal sales team. Providing a high level of service at all times, you will play an integral part in the customer journey.
Monday-Friday
Key duties will include:
1. Dealing with incoming customer enquiries from a varied customer base.
2. Providing quotations and following these up
3. Providing basic technical assistance and information
4. Maintaining the customer database, keeping records accurate and up to date.
5. Working closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
6. General administrative duties
Internal Sales - The Candidate:
7. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, either sales or customer service.
8. Experience in sales within a manufacturing, engineering, construction or similar technical industry.
9. You will be driven and happy to work towards targets
10. Excellent written and verbal communication is essential along with the ability to adapt your approach accordingly.
11. You will be friendly and a team player with the ability to self motivate.
