Role: HR & Payroll Assistant Salary: up to £30,500 Location: Prescot Working Structure: Office Based Reports to: HR Manager. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Assistant to join a busy and collaborative HR team. This dual-function role offers the opportunity to provide both day-to-day HR support and end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll work closely with colleagues, line managers, and payroll software providers to ensure seamless service delivery, legal compliance, and employee satisfaction across both HR and payroll functions.
