A client within the Public Sector based in Kent is currently recruiting for a Repairs Inspector to join their Responsive Repairs team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a housing maintenance environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to provide a high-quality surveying service across responsive repairs and void property maintenance, ensuring works are carried out to the required standard, delivered compliantly and in line with current legislation.
