We are looking for passionate and talented new business sales hunters, to help reach new clients and grow our business.
Reports To: Reports directly to MD ADEC Workforce. Also has a reporting line to Global Sales Leadership
Accountability: Manages all aspects of the new business sales cycle and an annual revenue target. The BDM will execute ADEC’s sales strategies and drive revenue growth through new business sales.
Experience: Professional, determined, and experienced at leading complex, high-value sales.
Communication: A great communicator, persuasive and passionate, able to share in-depth knowledge and experience with key stakeholders to enable decision-making and provide solutions.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Hunt new business sales
2. Actively develop new sales leads in ADEC’s chosen markets.
3. Pro-actively manage active sales opportunities to closed-stage
4. Develop and foster close working relationships with prospective clients.
5. Work with marketing and lead generation teams to implement effective lead generation campaigns.
6. Consistently achieve an allocated sales revenue target
7. Engage in new business solutions, pricing, and commercial modeling.
8. Represent ADEC at relevant industry events.
9. Utilise sales tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo
10. Provide regular sales reports to the business.
Qualifications and Experience:
11. Demonstrable level of sales experience (ideally 5+ years).
12. Strong experience in B2B sales within the global BPO, CX, and/or GBS industry is preferred.
13. Experience in onshore and offshore sales preferred.
14. Experience in commercial modeling and pricing.
15. Experience in digital marketing lead generation.
16. A proven track record of selling complex, high-value, solutions to C-level executives.
17. Experience working with directly with senior leaders and stakeholders to set expectations and manage programs.

Other Relevant Info
28. The role can be home-based with an occasional need to visit the office.
29. Some international travel will be required.
