Full-Time Position
A well-established specialist setting in Middleton is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, communication difficulties and moderate learning difficulties.
Responsibilities
• Supporting pupils in accessing the curriculum
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
• Delivering small group interventions
• Supporting pupils’ social and emotional development
• Encouraging independence and engagement
Requirements
• Previous experience supporting children or young people
• Strong communication skills
• A patient and supportive approach
• Full-time availability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
