Warehouse Team Manager

As Warehouse Team Manager, you’ll work as part of a team responsible for managing the operations, warehouse and, most importantly, the people! Your priority is recognising good work, motivating the team, leading with safety and delivering service excellence.
Key responsibilities
* Coaching the team to reach their full potential.
* Communicating openly and consistently, delivering key messages to the team in a timely manner.
* Managing recruitment, absence, performance, safety and service.
* Allocating work considering individual and team capability.
* Carrying out quality investigations.
* Promoting and managing all safety.
* Ensuring goods are picked, numbered and stocked safely and efficiently, and maintaining company equipment.
* Role‑modeling our values especially through challenging times.
