**Property Management Leadership Role**
This position involves overseeing and supporting a team of Property Managers, ensuring high service levels and compliance with property legislation. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Property Manager, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, able to support or mentor colleagues, and possess strong IT skills.
* A key aspect of this role is balancing workloads, providing adequate cover across defined areas, and reviewing project management tasks.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring property management processes, arranging training for new and current staff, and conducting regular meetings with Property Managers and Branch Managers.
**The Package:**
* The salary includes a basic payment plus a bonus structure, providing a competitive total annual remuneration.
* The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm; Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, with one in four Saturdays from 9am-4pm.
