Our Support Worker role is vital to ensuring the individuals we support can live as independently as possible within their own homes and the wider community. The care provided is tailored to each person's needs. It is a varied and rewarding role, helping people improve their quality of life, achieve goals, and make a positive difference.
This role involves providing support with:
* Meal preparation and planning
* Domestic duties
* Mental wellbeing
* Personal care
* Hobbies, activities, and events

As we support individuals every day of the year, our roles require working both weekdays and weekends. The Support Worker position in Brentwood involves working 10 or 12-hour shifts: 8am-8pm, 10am-10pm, or 12pm-10pm.
