The role
We are looking to recruit self-motivated and enthusiastic Student Administrators to be part of the Faculty Student Administration function. This role provides administrative support to students and the individual Schools across the University. The primary purpose is to provide administrative assistance for undergraduate or postgraduate teaching along with supporting activities such as induction and registration to graduation.
The majority of these roles are based on our main Clifton campus, which is close to Bristol city centre with good transport links. We also offer staff the opportunity to participate in the cycle to work scheme. The University is located in a vibrant city with a reputation for creativity and sustainability.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate competencies including the ability to deliver exceptional customer service (in person and online), attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritise a variety of work activities in a busy environment.
Ideally you will have some relevant experience and possess the communication, drive and customer care skills to deliver a high-quality service to a range of stakeholders at all levels. Good computer skills with experience using Excel, Word and MS Outlook are strongly preferred.
