Location: Nettetal Main purpose of the Job: To be the first point of contact for the distributor network of your territories. To provide reliable, helpful and correct support (by phone & e-mail) for Area Sales Managers and distributors of all Sound United brands in aspect of sales, stock and operational queries. Key Responsibilities: Dealer support Daily order entering Answering Distributor requests regarding availability, backorders. Offer alternative products when requested one is not available. Stock allocation based on monthly allocation file prepared by Senior Export Operational Support / sales manager. Coordinate credit notes weekly Update yourself about products and trends with support from Sound United University Coordinate goods returns in communication with forwarding agency in case of changes in the distribution in a country. Check and process SNN-Cases (Service portal) Checking incomplete orders Checking payment limits with Credit Controller (blocked list). Checking debit notes requests (e.g., price differences) Come up with improvements to minimize manual order changes. Inform CIF customers about the content of their weekly shipments Instruct external warehouse to prepare EXW shipments after customer has given his go (invoices, templates) Preparing of monthly sales planning for GM/sales manager (for the brands Marantz and Definitive Technology) Maintenance of stock & sales databases for all brands Maintenance turnover history files for all brands Inform EXW customers about the EXW cut off every month Maintenance of forecast databases (all brands excluding Denon) Price maintenance in SAP for all export customers Support customers with list of serial numbers, B/L's, P/L's (Israel, South Africa) Complete product master data info sheets for customers Required Skill Sets: Very good communication skills, technical understanding, analytical thinking and problem solving Proven experience in similar position Language skills: German and English (fluent verbal and written skills) IT skills: MS Office (Excel -vlookup & sumif are mandatory, pivot tables a plus). SAP, CRM experience is an advantage Customer orientation Well organized Excellent communication skills (listening, oral communication, persuasiveness) Other personal skills: Flexible, able to work under pressure and a good team player LI-onsite
