Your new role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor who may be interested in an interim contract with an initial duration of six months.
1. Manage and develop a diverse property portfolio.
2. Lead on estate management activities, to include valuations, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic asset work.
3. Help to maximise financial returns whilst supporting wider organisational priorities.
4. Identify and progress development andmercial opportunities across the portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
5. A degree in a property related discipline
6. An excellent track record in estate management and property valuation activity
7. Confident negotiation skills and experience in deliveringplex property transactions
8. Knowledge of landlord & tenant law, asset valuation processes, and property development
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an initial contract with duration of up to six months. In addition you'll receive a flexible daily rate (to discuss), paid to you on a weekly basis, across the duration of your contract.
