Key Responsibilities
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a classroom in the absence of the regular teacher. Your duties will include:
* Supervising classes and maintaining a positive learning environment.
* Ensuring students complete the work set by the absent teacher.
* Managing student behaviour in line with school policies.
* Answering student questions and providing support where needed.
* Reporting on the lessons progress and any significant incidents.

Skills and Qualifications Needed:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience working with children or young people (in a school or similar setting is an advantage).
* Eligibility to Work in the UK.
* An Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to get one:we can help).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.
* A proactive, professional, and adaptable approach to work.
* A full UK driving license and access to a car is desirable but not essential.
