DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
13. Report to the Marketing Manager – Pubs and Hotels, contributing to the delivery of the wider business marketing strategy with a focus on driving footfall and sales across the pub estate
14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to deliver the promotional calendar, including seasonal and product-specific campaigns
15. Support in the development and execution of tailored marketing plans for individual pubs and for pub clusters, collaborating collaboration with Property, General Managers, Operations Managers, Tenants, and Business Development Managers
16. Drive footfall and sales at the Visitor Centre and The Old Brewery Store (TOBS), supporting cross-promotion of weddings and events across the estate
17. Support the development of CRM initiatives ( Airship and Shepherd Neame Birthday Club) and digital partnerships ( Wireless Social) in collaboration with IT and Digital teams, aligned with the 2030 vision
18. Work with the IT and Digital teams, support the development of the Wireless Social partnership to support the marketing strategy
19. Assist in marketing efforts to support the recruitment of pub team members and licensees
20. Collaborate with Comms and Digital teams to create engaging content for email, social media, and websites, while coordinating photography, videography, and the production of marketing collateral with internal teams and external agencies
21. Support individual pubs with award entries and promotional activity to enhance brand reputation
22. Carry out general administrative tasks to support the smooth delivery of marketing initiatives
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
23. Passionate about pubs, beer, and hospitality, with a keen eye on industry trends
24. Proven marketing experience, especially across social media, paid media, and digital platforms
25. Skilled in CRM systems and data-driven marketing
26. Strong analytical abilities with experience in reporting and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
27. Creative thinker with a flair for engaging content and visual storytelling
28. Effective project manager, confident in handling multiple stakeholders and deadlines
29. Commercially aware, with a solid grasp of financials and campaign ROI
30. Excellent communicator with strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
