As a care worker, you will work with the residents closely on a daily basis, assisting them to live their lives to the full. You will assist them with all of their needs (including personal care) according to their wishes. Becoming a friend and having fun with them is one of the most important parts of the role.
Duties will include:
Ensuring health and wellbeing of residents.
Providing personal care and emotional support.
Participating in stimulating activities.
Involving residents in a person centred approach.

The Ideal Candidate:
A background of working win care is desired, but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided. More important are;

- Escort clients to appointments or social outings
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using basic IT tools for documentation purposes
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home care visits
- Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is preferred
- Ability to speak English fluently
