About the Group Residential Managing Director role
Work alongside the Board to set and deliver the company’s strategy, making sure the right plans are put into action, from annual budgets to regional build programmes.
Lead our talented teams – regional operations, planning, design and more – and enable them to achieve their best.
Ensure robust Health and Safety policies are adhered to across all operations.
Take responsibility for driving performance, from securing land opportunities to delivering homes which stand out above our competitors and impress our customers.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key people, including local authorities, landowners, and agents.
