Central Bristol | Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite a week | Up to £50,000
I’m working with a renowned and award-winning law firm in Bristol, in support of their search for an experienced Business Analyst to join their growing transformation function.
You’ll be working in a team of talented and experienced Business Analysts at the heart of business and technology change, collaborating with internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to define complex business requirements for group-wide transformation projects.

Role Responsibilities:
* Leading workshops on process design, improvement, and new services.
* Gathering and prioritising requirements with stakeholders and product owners.
* Analysing business processes and data to recommend improvements.
* Creating clear documentation and sharing insights with stakeholders.
* Supporting testing, upgrades, and non-project initiatives.
* Building strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
Candidate Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a dedicated Business Analyst role, ideally within the professional services.
* Strong and demonstrable experience in running requirements workshops.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues for any audience.
* Strong problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* BCS certified (desirable).
