The Role:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
* Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels (databases, job boards, networking, referrals)
* Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support candidates and clients throughout the selection process
* Business development
The Requirements:
* Degree educated
* B2B/B2C sales experience preferred
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
* High level of motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
