About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead Carlam Cymru, one of e-sgol’s flagship initiatives supporting learners and education teams across Wales. The postholder will manage the project day to day, ensuring the programme continues to grow and maintain high standards.
Main Responsibilities
1. Lead and oversee all Carlam Cymru activities, including planning, scheduling and managing events and timelines.
2. Recruit and select highquality teachers, provide training, and ensure all outputs meet professional standards.
3. Monitor performance and carry out annual evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
4. Manage budgets, costs and financial forecasts, working closely with HR and Finance.
5. Develop marketing strategies and manage Welsh and English content across Carlam Cymru’s digital channels.
6. Maintain excellent communication with internal and external partners, including Welsh Government, schools and teachers.
7. Oversee the development of and engagement with the Carlam Cymru app, ensuring it is userfriendly and kept up to date.
8. Represent e-sgol at professional events and provide clear reports to stakeholders.
