Store Manager – Bagshot
Location: The Co-operative Food, 1 ‑ 4 The Square, Bagshot, GU19 5AX
Salary: £33,500 ‑ £37,000 per annum plus great benefits
Contract: Permanent
We’re looking for a skilled Store Manager to join our retail team. This full‑time role comes with a competitive salary and a brilliant benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
* Empower your team to deliver great service and promote the Co‑op difference to customers and members.

* Develop your team through regular performance conversations to help them reach their potential.
* Ensure the store is safe, legal and operational.
* Manage and optimise the store’s commercial performance, recruit new team members, and manage HR processes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience of guiding and developing a team in a busy, service‑focused environment.
* Excellent communication skills – ability to coach, motivate and inspire.
* Resilience and strong problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to understand and analyse commercial information.
* Willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the team with store activities.
