The opportunity
* Settlement of treasury transactions including intragroup loans, deposits, money market loans, large wholesale deposits and Certificate of Deposit issuance/repayment.
* Intraday liquidity monitoring, reporting and analysis (including with Bank of England and correspondent banks for all currencies).
* Managing the Bank’s membership of the CHAPS system at the Bank of England and managing the sterling CLS funding movements.
* Onboarding and maintenance of UK Customer details in Capital Markets systems including credit limits, confirmation matching and settlement instructions.
* Analysis of data for internal management and regulatory reporting.
* Operating in line with the Bank's Risk Management framework (including sub‑frameworks) and relevant risk and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate and timely escalation of any concerns to their line manager.
* The role requires an element of shift work.

The Role Holder Should Possess
* Good analytical and numerical skills.
* A structured approach to work with an ability to prioritise time‑sensitive tasks.
* Good communication skills.
* Knowledge and experience of Handelsbanken systems such as IBIS.
* Knowledge of nostro and payment processes would be advantageous but not essential.
* Broad Treasury knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
