What Youll Be Doing
* Own and resolve complex technical issues for international customers
* Support enterprise-scale, multi-tier Microsoft environments
* Diagnose and troubleshoot high-impact production issues (often remotely)
* Collaborate directly with Development teams to deliver fixes
* Contribute to product improvement and customer experience
* Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 8 weeks)
