An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and innovative Occupational Therapist to work within the Rheumatology Service. The post is based with the ReACH Team in Clacks and Stirling Health and Social Partnership.
As a Rheumatology Occupational Therapist you will provide education, advice and treatment to assist patients in the management of their condition in various locations across Forth Valley.
You will also work with Multi disciplinary colleagues as part of a dynamic team to manage a specialist caseload, using evidence based practice and client centred principles to assess, plan implement and evaluate interventions in both an outpatient and community setting.
The Rheumatology Service offers a focussed clinical caseload, excellent peer support and training opportunities. As the post holder will work from various sites and will undertake community visits the post holder needs to be able to travel across Forth Valley.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
