Position: Key Support Worker (Full Time)
We need an enthusiastic individual to join us at Woodland’s as a full-time Key Support Worker. Our support is responsive, flexible, person-centered, and focused on outcomes and wishes of the individuals we support.
Our goal is to promote community inclusion and personal independence, providing opportunities in life skills, learning, supported employment, and personal goals.
Responsibilities include: Assisting the Senior Support Worker in coordinating the team to support adults with learning disabilities and/or neurodiversities.
Qualifications and qualities: Passion for supporting others, strong ethics, and transferable skills from children’s services, education, or other social care fields are desirable.
