You will be required to assist in the provision of a range of support services in Edinburgh Housing Services (EHS) and to contribute to delivering the EHS vision of 'being the best' while maintaining the EHS core values. You will undertake an SVQ Level 3 /SCQF Level 6 passing all exams and standards required to qualify in this trade.\nYou will be working with a qualified trade operative gaining relevant on the job experience to satisfy requirements of the trade qualifications, under the guidance and supervision of the qualified operative. Applicants must have left secondary education in 2023,2024,2025 or 2026 or be currently on a City of Edinburgh Council employability training programme or be aged up to 29* with disability or care experience. \n\nAt least 3 National 4 or 5s or equivalent \n\nWillingness to participate in a Modern Apprenticeship programme.\n*Due to criteria for external funding for qualification.\nWillingness to obtain a driving licence.\nMust be able to travel to college.
