* Management: Managing Brow and Beauty Experts by motivating staff and delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met and high customer service standards are maintained.
* Sales Goals: Achieving counter and service sales targets, making connections with customers, and demonstrating products.
* Brow Services: Waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
* Teamwork: Conducting daily team meetings, effective communication, and recognizing positive work to motivate the team and achieve targets.
* Promotion and Special Events: Building business through in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
* Stock: Ensuring the counter remains stocked and reporting concerns to the area manager.
* Communication: Facilitating communication between store/department managers and area managers, maintaining open communication on the counter.
* Administration: Completing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administrative tasks, and assisting with area manager administration when needed.
* Staff Rotas: Preparing fair staff rotas on a monthly basis.
* Hygiene and Housekeeping: Keeping the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.
