Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 plus quarterly bonus

The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Account Manager within the Construction/Built Environment industry with a desire and ability to generate sales. The role will initially be focused on our Building Compliance division and will progress to support our additional divisions - Building Control and Building Safety.
Hybrid role consisting of account management and new business
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
Keep prospective client database updated
Make cold calls to generate new business leads
Maintain knowledge of all service offerings within the group
Target dormant or lapsed accounts to reactivate them
Source and attend networking events
Skills and Experience
Experience within a similar role type and industry is desirable
Ability and confidence to build relationships face to face and over the phone
Excellent customer relationship management
Ability to upsell current services
Represent the company in a professional and approachable manner
Organised approach
Strong IT skills

Overall, you can accrue up to 33 days holiday (inc. bank holidays).

Christmas shutdown: The company shuts down for the week between Christmas & New Year, this is not deducted from your holiday allowance.
