As Restaurant and Bar Manager at Cairn Group, you will deliver a best‑in‑class dining experience by ensuring smooth service, high standards of food and hospitality, and strong commercial performance. You will manage day‑to‑day restaurant and bar operations, lead a vibrant team, and uphold licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
* Operate the restaurant and bar daily, maintaining high standards of food, service, and customer satisfaction.
* Drive staff engagement, recruitment, training, and motivation, ensuring the team performs at a high level.
* Manage stock, gross profit, and operational KPIs to meet budget and commercial targets.
* Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for guests and lead from the front during service.
* Collaborate with fellow managers, review guest feedback, and balance people leadership with a strong commercial focus.

* Experience in a similar fast‑paced restaurant and bar environment.
