THE COMPANY

The agency offers brand tracking, customer segmentation, and predictive modelling across a variety of sectors. They are known for their award-winning, curiosity-driven approach to connecting brands with people and culture.
They are currently looking to bring on an consultative and pro-active Strategy Director, you will be consultative with your clients and ensure client deadlines and objectives are hit.
KEY DUTIES
* Build valuable, long-term client relationships through trust, insight, and consistently delivering high-quality work.
* Drive business growth using sharp commercial instincts, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to opportunities.
* Excel in core responsibilities while collaborating effectively and inspiring high standards across the entire team.

* Lead complex quantitative research independently; manage teams with confidence, clarity, and consistent high-quality delivery.
* Combine critical thinking, storytelling, and motivation to drive growth and communicate insights that influence decisions.
