The successful candidate will have a varied role, and they will support the established accounts team with all things finance!
Key responsibilities for an Accounts Assistant:
* Processing high volume of supplier invoices
* Prepare and process supplier payments using online banking
* Reconciliations
* Maintaining purchase order files
* Raising sales invoices if required
* Process expenses
Key skills for an Accounts Assistant:
* Excellent numerical skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills
* Must be a team player
* Possess good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)
