This role combines hands-on development with strategic leadership, offering the opportunity to influence both technical direction and business growth. Key Responsibilities * Lead client meetings, providing technical insights and building trust through clear communication. * Align technical solutions with client business objectives to drive value and ROI. * Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. * Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure effective collaboration among team members. * Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. * Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. * Utilize dedicated learning time to explore new technologies, including AI tools, assessing their potential value to our services. Candidate Profile * Proficient in JavaScript, PHP, and React, with experience in developing large-scale, business-critical applications. * Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and oversee web development projects from inception to completion. * Proven experience in mentoring or leading technical teams. * Strong ability to explain technical concepts to clients and suggest improvements confidently. * Capable of managing multiple projects and clients effectively. * Familiarity with Git and experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. * Experience in a consultancy environment and familiarity with cloud technologies, especially AWS, is desirable.
