The Opportunity
You will be part of a thriving commercial property team, managing a broad and varied caseload for a diverse range of business clients. Work will typically include:
* Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
* Development and regeneration projects
* Lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations
* Finance and securitisation matters
* Landlord and tenant work
* Supporting corporate transactions with property elements
You will be encouraged to develop your own client relationships, play a role in business development, and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
About You
We are seeking a solicitor with proven experience in commercial property matters who is:
* Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of clients’ business needs
