We are currently looking for a Service Lead to join our team, to support the Staff team and People We Support within our residential Learning Disability and Mental Health, residential 7 bedded home in Stroud.

Stroud Care Services has been providing person centred support to their residents since 1998. With 25 years of experience in supporting individuals to maintain independence, in their Residential and Supported Living homes.
We pride ourselves in our approach to individual support for each person, ensuring they are involved in their daily choices, to make certain they live a meaningful life, with opportunities, experiences and independence.
We focus on individuals with Mental Health diagnosis and /or Learning Disability with any associated care needs. Along with associated conditions.
We are looking for proactive, friendly Service Lead to join our team to continue to offer an independent care approach to our residents.
Job Role
Day to day management of a 7 bedded residential home.
Creating, monitoring and covering Rotas.
Daily & weekly auditing.
Staff management on shift and on Rota.
Working as part of shift Rota & Office time.
Holding timely team meetings, supervisions, probation reviews and all necessary training monitoring.
Liaising with healthcare professional to support residents.
Leading by example at all times showing initiative and progression.
Supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager.
Maintaining paperwork in line with CQC regulations and managing specific tasks.
You would need to be flexible, reliable, be able to motivate a staff team, have a positive attitude, have a level 3 NVQ in social health or willing to work towards, have previous experience as a Senior / Team Leader (or the like).
This is a 24hour care setting and will include shifts and weekends, we run 2 weekly rotas giving all staff every other weekend off including the Service Lead.
